Times of India is reporting something substantial on its first page for a change today – even though it is below the story where Karishma Kapoor calls her husband a liar. It is a report about a girl who spent nine years in a correctional facility because she was traveling in the train without a ticket in lawless Bihar.

It is really mind boggling to think that how the rich and well connected in India get away literally with a murder while the law gets applied to the poor and helpless.
